Oceanfront Realty manages over 100 long term rentals on Kauai. Most of our properties are located in Princeville and Kilauea but we also manage properties in Kapaa, Wailua, Lihue and Puhi.

Generally, every rental requires a minimum of a six month or a one year lease with the option to renew the lease or convert to a month-to-month rental after the initial lease expires.

We may have some properties that can be rented on a month-to-month basis, but generally these properties are for sale so the tenant will have to comply with showings.
